General Information

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, excluding Sundays, Mondays and holidays.

Orders placed after 5pm on Saturday will be processed the following business day. We are open Tuesday-Saturday. 10am-5pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Delivery times are not always guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Contact with the recipient to schedule delivery or confirm availability may be attempted.

If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery may be left at the door, with a neighbor, or in a reception area if applicable.

We are not responsible for wrong delivery information provided to us. If a delivery goes to the wrong location/person we are not held liable. No refunds or returns will be made.

Drop off delivery's takes 24-48 hours, unless specified at a different time or date.

Free shipping is available local Lincoln County, MO orders. Delivery fees vary based on surrounding Countys, and order size.
Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary based on flower availability and quality.

Every effort will be made to match the color and style of the original order.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Petal and Pond Lakeside Flower Company is not liable for damaged, stolen or lost flower deliveries.
Care Instructions

Flowers are sensitive to extreme temperatures and should be kept in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.

If a vase is not provided, place flowers in water as soon as possible.

Water should be changed daily for cut flowers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are only granted within 12 hours of placing the order.

Orders that have already been processed or are in transit cannot be canceled.

No refunds or exchanges will be made for orders if the recipient or sender does not notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds are not offered, but replacements may be available if the quality is not as expected.
