Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements 

Refunds or replacements will be considered for the following reasons: 

  • Quality issues: If the flowers or products received, is not what the customer ordered, or if flowers, vase etc. was damaged during delivery. 

  • Damaged items: Any item damaged during shipping will be replaced. 

 

Requesting a Refund or Replacement: 

  • We do not offer Refunds or Returns, on any online flower orders. If the cancelation notice isn’t given within 12 hours of ordering. Orders are procced and prepared right after receiving the order.  

  • For quality issues: Clear photographic evidence of the issue may be requested to help assess the situation and improve services. 

  • For delivery problems: Time may be needed to investigate and determine what occurred before offering a refund or replacement.  

 

FORCE MAJEURE:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as Acts of God, pandemics, terrorist attacks, weather events, or venue refusing/denying entry. These or other events that make fulfilling placed orders impossible Petal and Pond Lakeside Flower Company LLC will not be held liable, or responsible for any damages or losses. No refunds or replacements will be issued. 
 

 Exclusions from Refunds/Replacements will not be issued for: 

Personal preferences: Dissatisfaction with the style, color, or specific bloom choices based on personal preference. 

  • Incorrect information provided: Issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. 

  • Recipient refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. 

  • Orders already designed or out for delivery: In cases where the order has been designed and is already with a delivery driver, a refund may not be possible, although a discount or alternative resolution may be offered. 

  • Cancellation requests after the specified timeframe: Unless otherwise stated, cancellations must be made prior to delivery and within the specified cancellation period of 12 hours of placing the order, or they may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

 

Cancellations 

If an order needs to be canceled, contact Petal and Pond Lakeside Flower Company LLC as soon as possible, within 12 hours of ordering. Cancellations must generally be made prior to delivery. Cancellation requests after this time may be subject to a fee or unable to be processed, especially for orders that have already been prepared. 

 

 Important Considerations:

  • Perishable nature of flowers: Flowers are perishable products, and their lifespan depends on proper care. Petal and Pond Lakeside Flower Company LLC is not responsible for issues arising from improper care of the flowers after delivery. All flowers wilt and decay over time naturally. 

  • Substitutions: Due to the seasonal availability and occasional unforeseen circumstances, substitutions in the floral arrangement may be necessary. Petal and Pond Lakeside Flower Company LLC will always strive to substitute with blooms of equal or greater value and maintain the overall aesthetic of the arrangement. 

  • Wedding and Event Flowers: Policies for wedding and event flowers, such as bridal bouquets and arrangements, have different refund policy's and will be outlined in your contract.
