Hello everyone,

Thank you for visiting our little page! We’re the faces behind Petal and Pond Flowers, and we’re so excited to share a piece of our journey with you.

Since our high school days, we’ve dreamed of one day owning greenhouses, growing our own flowers (and maybe even produce someday). After years of hard work and determination, that dream started to take root in early 2025, when we purchased a small piece of land in the beautiful hills of Elsberry, Missouri. It’s a humble beginning, but one we’re deeply proud of and one we plan to keep growing from.

That was what we like to call the “easy step.” The real adventure began in May 2025, when we officially opened Petal and Pond Flowers. Since then, our little florist business has been blooming, sometimes wildly, sometimes slowly, but always with love. We’ve been working around the clock, often with two little sets of helping hands nearby our two sons. They’re our biggest motivation and the reason we pour our hearts into everything we do.

We want to build something they can grow with, something that teaches them the value of hard work, creativity, and caring for the earth. It’s a beautiful (and sometimes very dirty!) job, but we wouldn’t trade it for anything.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re planning to plant our first full flower field and "fingers crossed" build our very first greenhouse. We’re constantly learning, experimenting, and improving our craft to create flowers for every season of life celebrations, new beginnings, and even moments of heartbreak.

Our dream is simple: to spread love, joy, and healing through flowers. When words aren’t enough, we hope our blooms can help speak for the heart.

Life is short, and we believe it’s meant to be lived with purpose. So we’ll keep pushing forward, no matter how big the storms get, growing with honesty, care for the environment, and yes… a deep love for the bees.
